| Due to the developing rapidly of production technology and greatly improvement of science technology, and with the more and more deeply research of automobile suspension system, the requirements of the rapid response, control precision, and the stability and adaptation of suspension system are increasing. Because the suspension system affected by strong-nonlinearity, external perturbation and time-variant parameter, the conventional control method difficulty meet the requirement. To cure the above problems, this paper presents a control method of fuzzy control, which has advantages of expert experience, imprecise mathematics mode, anti-interference strongly, simple design, convinence, controllability, quick response, strong robustness of parameter variation.The passive suspension can’t change the real-time road conditions and vehicle’s own running status after the parameters was determined. Then it hardly meet the requirements.But the active suspension needs expensive manufacturing costs, and it needs consume additional energy during the control process. The semi-active suspension system has the advantages of them, which not only have simple structure and low cost, but also it can achieve the good damping effect by adjusting the damping coefficient. So it has become the research focus.Then the MRF with good control, quick response, simple structure and the lager dynamic range, which of damper has become the research hotspot in the field of semi-active suspension.First, making the simulation research on the hysteretic characteristics of magnetorheolo-gical damper by using Matlab/Simulink software. The modified Bouc-Wen model simulate the damper properties of the semi-active suspension system. Secondly, this paper establish eight degrees of freedom vehicle suspension which can truly reflect the vehicle suspension system features. But in order to improve the efficiency of the simulation and the timeliness of local problem research. The two degrees of double quality model, which was established by lagrange method with potential energy, kinetic energy and dissipation energy of system. This model can accurately reflect the characteristics of suspension system, and combine with Matlab well.The mechanical model of semi-active suspension and simulation software, which verified the fuzzy control can effectively reduce the sprung mass acceleration of automobile suspension, and improve the riding comfort. |
