In the development and design process of variable pump products,the rapid change design method based on Pro/E secondary development technology can improve product design quality and design efficiency,shorten development cycle and improve enterprise competitiveness.In this paper,a variable hydraulic pump is used as a model,and the fluid field of the variable pump is simulated by the flow field simulation technology,and the working performance parameters of the variable pump are optimized,the design method of parameter-driven and database-driven fast variant design for variable pump products is studied,the key technologies such as design reuse technology,parameter transfer method and size constraint conflict detection in rapid variant design have been studied systematically.The flow field of variable pump body is simulated and analyzed by using Pumplinx special simulation software of pump valve.The pressure fluctuation and cavitation phenomenon of the pump under the working state of the variable pump are simulated and calculated in detail.And by analyzing the main factors causing cavitation,optimize the key parameters of the variable pump.The deficiency of the variable pump in the design is made up by the simulation of the flow field.Based on the parametric model of variable pump,the rapid design of variable pump is realized by combining Pro/Toolkit and Pro/Program,this method can greatly reduce the writing amount of the code.The fast variant design of variable pump is realized by two driving modes of manual input parameter and reading database parameter,and the efficiency of variant design is improved;By introducing the reusable library technology,the reusable parts in the variant design are coded using the flexible coding method based on the JLBM-1 coding system,realizing the reuse of parts in the rapid variant design of the variable pump.Dimensional constraint processing is a key step in variant design.In this thesis,the transfer process of parameters in the model is analyzed through the assembly relationship of assembly,according to the strategy of dimension constraint priority,the product dimension constraint network is developed,and the constraint conflicts that may exist in the model are detected and resolved,by using the size constraint network and size constraint priority.In this paper,the simulation calculation method of variable hydraulic pump flow field and the rapid variant design technology provide methods and technical support for improving the design quality and efficiency of variable hydraulic pump and enhancing the competitiveness of products.
