The circular arc gear is one kind of high bearing capacity power drive gear, which has the very high contact intensity and the bending strength. In the transmission, the meshing surfaces are easy to form the kinetic pressure oil film and have good running-in property, therefore, the circular arc gear application and research receive many national recognition. The circular arc gear drive is one kind of axial conjugate gear drive which meshes in points. The movement transmission depends contact mark along the end motion to realize. The wheel tooth of the double circular arc gear is a spatial helicoids and the shape is extremely complex. Its spatial transmission dynamic performance is more complex.
