The double circular arc gear has the advantages of high bearing capacity,uniform wear,good running performance and easy formation of oil film between teeth.It has been widely used in petrochemical,mining,metallurgy and other industries.However,in the study of the performance of the vibration and noise of the double-arc gear in the transmission,influence of the friction on the dynamic characteristics of the gear is neglected due to its unique meshing characteristics.The meshing characteristics are very complicated in the transmission of double circular cylindrical gears,and the gear meshing stiffness is periodic and the tooth surface friction also affects the meshing stiffness of the gears.Therefore,researches carried on the double circular arc gear mesh friction incentive dynamics modeling,research on the gear tooth surface friction time-varying mesh stiffness and the influence of characteristics of gear vibration are of great academic value and engineering significance.Based on a GB/T12759-1991 type of double circular arc gear as the research object and double circular arc gear tooth surface equation using APDL programming technology the double circular arc gear in the ANSYS three-dimensional entity parameterized modeling precision is realized,the modeling precision and efficiency of analysis are improved.Carried out after analyzing the characteristic of double circular-arc gear meshing,ANSYS static analysis is carried out on the double circular arc gear and a time-varying mesh stiffness of double circular arc gear,and the double circular arc gear tooth surface friction confidently time-varying meshing stiffness curve,the influence of stiffness of gear friction coefficient are obtained and analyzed.Based on a dynamics theory,a double circular arc gear meshing transmission model was established based on ADAMS software,from which it is obtained by dynamic analysis of the gear meshing transmission under different friction coefficient when the angular velocity and the direction of the change of meshing force.The relationship between the vibration characteristics of double circular arc gear and tooth surface friction is summarized.In order to verify the rationality of the simulation results,a double circular arc gear vibration experiment is carried out on the closed power flow test bench.Through gathering the double circular arc gear under the conditions of different directions of vibration signal analysis and comparison,summarized in the actual gear tooth surface friction in the different change in the acceleration signal,to verify the simulation results of this article is credible.
