Primary Study Of The Laparoscopic Cholecyst Dislodgement Machine

Objective 1 A new patttern laparoscopic cholecyst dislodgement machine was manufactured to overcome the trouble of cholecyst rupture in LC.2 An animal experiment was accomplished to proviede a support on theory and practice of the new pattern machine.Method 1 An analysis was done about the old pattern machine shortcomings. 2 Some physical parameters were acquired by clinical cases observation for manufacture of the new patterns.3 The samples of the new pattern laparoscopic cholecyst dislodgement machine and the non-trauma gall bladder decompression machine were manufactured. 4 A LC experitement ex vivo and in vivo was completed by the new pattern machine.Results 1 A set ot new pattern machine about gall bladder dislodgement in LC were manufactured successfully.2 There is a conspicuous difference between the experimental group and the control group in time of gall bladder dislodgment (p<0.01).3 None of 50 procedures occurs rupture of gall bladder in experimental group ,but 4%(2/50) occurs in control group.Conclusion 1 Something must be done to improve the characteristics of mzchine in LC.2 The events of gall bladder ruptures may hold up by the new patttern machine .3 It was proved that the new machine is useful in clinical practice in future.
