With the development of laparoscopic surgery, laparoscopic surgery is widely applied. But at the same time the requirements of the skill of laparoscopic operator become higher, which puts forward new requests to the surgery operation training. Though there are many limitations exist in traditional surgical training, VR-based virtual surgery training can be repeated, with low training cost, and short training period. Hepatic cysts are very common in clinical liver cystic lesions, currently laparoscopic hepatic cysts fenestration become the main method of hepatic cysts treatment.Currently many virtual laparoscopic hepatic cysts fenestration systems are incomplete or just provide simple functions, which couldn't meet the needs of surgery training. This article, in view of the situation, developed virtual laparoscopic hepatic cysts fenestration. This article designed virtual surgery process based on the four-hole laparoscopic hepatic cysts fenestration, produced human organ models and surgical instrument models which virtual laparoscopic hepatic cysts fenestration required using model design software based on the previous work, and the fidelity can basically meet the surgery training needs. In this work, we achieved soft tissue deformation simulation using non-physical method, through prefabricate animation simulation of deformation, with the quick response and high real-time. This article implemented virtual laparoscopic hepatic cyst fenestration surgery developed by virtual laparoscopic surgery module, realized control over surgical instruments and the surgical procedure, enabled interns to become familiar with laparoscopic hepatic cyst fenestration operation procedure quickly. The virtual surgery which this article developed has friendly human-computer interaction, it can simulate the complete process of laparoscopic hepatic cysts fenestration, give interns real surgical experience and make interns to be familiar with the procedure ofthe surgery, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the surgical skills of interns.
