The Yunnan 1 -meter Solar Telescope (YNST) is a vacuum telescope. It uses four flat vacuum windows to seal off the vacuum. The entire light transmittance will be reduced by vacuum windows, and part of reflected light will change to scattered or stray light.In this thesis, the influence of vacuum windows and spectral characteristic of YNST are analyzed. Based on the suggestion of the YNST Science Case Group, we draw an optimum technique to determine the layers for a coating design, and work out some optimizing results with the software we designed. At last, the feasibility and the probable technology use to coating these films are discussed.
