Along with the increasing of demand and supply of the stone in our country, therequirement for quality and quantity of stone is increasing. But in the aspect of stonesurface coated, most enterprises still stay on the artificial coating processing way, notonly time-consuming but also unable to guarantee the quality of coating. In addition itcan’t make coating thickness of each part of the stone surface consistent uniform, for thewater and air in the stone surface’s defects will save under the coating, which isvulnerable to influence the quality and damage the stone coating surface by disturbanceof temperature, and need to regular product maintenance. So this topic has realized thestone automatic coating under the vacuum, which makes the high polymer thin filmmaterials of coating immerse into stone gap of defects under the action of pressuredifference, achieves the goals of improving the quality of stone surface coating andenhancing the efficiency of the production.According to the design requirements of the stone material of vacuum coatingmachine, the function mechanism of equipment are presented a kind of design scheme.After carrying on the analysis and selection, comparing the advantages and disadvantagesof all kinds of design scheme, a best scheme according to certain standards is chosen out.Then3D model of the best scheme is created using the3D model software. Based onthe3D model, the simulation and analysis are conducted to verify that the design of thestructure to meet the requirements. Using the software of finite element analysis, it canmake statics analysis and modal analysis under different working conditions. It is toprovide theoretical basis for the structural optimization of vacuum coating machine.Finally according to the specific working conditions and the way to design, tochoose appropriate sealing vacuum chamber structure scheme, including the vacuum tank, vacuum pump, vacuum and vacuum gauge selection, the introduction of electrodes, etc. Itis to choose the reasonable way of opening the door and cylinder by comparing differentways.
