The Optical technique in thin film is an important branch of the modern optical technique. It has an important position in electro-optical systems. At present, the technique of thin film has a high level, and has been applied in the science technique broadly.The technique of thin film is a synthesizes technique. It includes the optical theories of thin film which is based on electromagnetism theories and optical theories of physics; Physical Vapor Deposition, vacuum application technology and equipment, and so on.This paper studied the work of the past person who had researched this subject, and analyzed the main factors which affect thin film thickness, then give out necessary measure to deal with them. At last, This paper fetch out researchful intention and significance about UltraWide Band Two wavepass film. In this paper, it expatiates film theory and microcosmic process of film growing. As emphasis, the paper introduces the choice of film materials, coating design, and deposition process. Finally it tell us the reasons for error.
