| Roller Compacted Concrete Dam was emerged and developed gradually in the nearly 30 years, also more and more received by the world dam labors for its unique superior advantages, and it already became one of the most welcomed new dams in the world dam labor construction domain.In this article three dimension FEM is adopted in the stress analysis of bottom diversion outlet and notch segment of a RCC gravity dam when flowing design flood. The analysis especially for clearing the stress distribution of the top area RCC concrete that under design RCC concrete age and around area of the large-scale bottom diversion outlet. The analysis divides into two kinds of situations, one does not consider the temperature load and the other considers temperature load. Through the contrast of the analysis results in the two kinds of situations, it could see that temperature load has a very big influence to the structure stress condition, so it is the load which must be considered. To the RCC concrete that under design RCC concrete age when flowing design flood, the stress value considered the temperature load is bigger than that does not consider the temperature load. The maximum stress value is nearly equal to the tensile strength of the concrete under this age time condition, therefore the safety coefficient is low. But the large tensile stress value only occurs in partial, to the most of the RCC concrete that under design RCC concrete age when flowing design flood the tensile stress value is small, so it has very big security richness. Therefore, this diversion plan is feasible in technology aspect.Then studied and summarized the construction techniques of RCCD which located in high altitude zone where is very hot in summer and very cold in winter with great amount of evaporation, this paper is done combining construction practice of RCCD of Longshou hydropower station in Gansu province, aiming at wicked weather condition in high altitude and cold zone. The research reveals that, with the development of RCCD construction technology, the construction of RCCD in the cold and drouthy zone is both economic and feasible, but certainly must pay attention to the construction craft, guarantees the construction quality of the roller compacted concrete. |
