This thesis made a series of research to Computer Aided Design of the small electromotor decelerator.The main research work of the thesis includes following few aspects:(1) The work principle of the small electromotor decelerator, be a motive to input wheel gear decelerator from the electromotor stalk, has been decelerated the machine deceleration behind output. Decelerate the main function of machine is be change electric motor to turn to become soon the machine usage, be the function that enlarges to turn torsion to use moreover. The main parameter that decelerates a machine include: Input power, decelerate a ratio and input to turn soon, wheel gear parameter etc. This text uses 15 W single-phase electromotor be a motive to input, made the detailed calculation and elucidation towards thedesign of decelerator.(2) Parametric design, as an entirely new method of design, has beenintroduced abroad by industry. Such characteristics as the efficiency, practicabilities etc. that it has made it the direction of future design. It determines design efficiency and the height of designing quality and power of enterprise' s key competitiveness of enterprise directly to design the level of the application level in parameter. This is concerning the important issue of survival and development for a long time of enterprises. Currently, the domestic 3D CAD software mainly has: Pro/E, MDT and AutoCAD, CAXA, UG, the Solid Work etc. this text made a comparison to their characteristics, synthesizing to consider choosing Pro/E as the design and developing software.At the foundation of the theories research goes forward to go the parameter to turn to the calculator assistance design of the small electromotor decelerator, this paper introduces the application of Pro/E in three - dimensional parametric modeling in the small electromotor decelerator. At the same time has carried on the components assembly design, and introduces the basal essential in parameterized modeling.
