The Research And Development Of Slurry Valve Parameterized Design System

With the continuous improvement and development of slurry pipeline transportation technology in China, slurry vale as an important control component is becoming more and more widely used. Currently, the production and manufacturing companies of domestic slurry valve, mainly adopting check manual, empirical formula, repeatedly designing and complicated style. Which seriously affected the new product development cycle, reducing production efficiency. Since the slurry valve series of product structure has a very high similarity, so using parameterized design technology to realize module design of slurry valve products, solve the above problems. In addition, most of common parts and standard parts are helpful to the wide use of the feature modeling technology. Consequently, using secondary development technology based on UG software platform, in terms of the development and research of the parameterized design system of slurry valve.Firstly this paper summary the theory of domestic and foreign research status about parameterized design technology. To establish the overall framework for the development and the system function module, through analysis of requirement on the function of the slurry valve system. Then we create slurry valve parameterized design system with the good man-machine interface module, parameterized application program execute module,data and parts model library module, according to the function modules of the system divided, using UG with UG/Open, VC++6.0, Microsoft Office Access 2003 and other development tools, based on C/S architecture model development method of system model.Finally, complete the development and the research of slurry valve parameterized design system.The system has a good man-machine interface, according to slurry vale parameterized design requirements, designer can conveniently, fast, efficiently complete the job of slurry vale parts rapid modeling and system management.
