| The object of urban planning is the urban space system whose main content and basis is the use of urban land. The purpose of it is to provide the spatial structure for various urban activities and land uses. As an effective technical method, GIS can play a great promoting role in helping solve the technical problems which have long lain in urban planning. Urban planning is one of the most important traditional application fields of GIS. However, in present urban planning GIS, there still remain many problems within system function, application field and technical level. So advanced improvement and development are needed. The thesis focuses on how to use GIS to build urban land suitable evaluating model, urban land dynamic process simulation model, and realizes the evaluation and dynamic process simulation of urban land with spatial analysis technology of GIS, which supplies the rapid, different levels and high quality information service and aided decision. |
