It is indispensable to test torque ,rotating speed and power of various mechanical products in R&D, testing and analyzing, quality checkout, type identifying, energy saving, control of safety and optimizing and so on. Mostly conventional boxed hardware instrument is used, by which the signal from sensors is processed by circuit board, and inputted to secondary instrument that is box hardware instrument, and displayed by numerical tube. On account of the limited of the hardware circuit especially in the complicated and multiplex measurement, intelligent controls oriented instrument based on the Qin's Model is developed to measure torque ,rotating speed and power.This dissertation introduces the concept of the virtual instrument and the present development. The principle of the Qin's Model is interpreted in the dissertation: Non-IVC can be turned into intelligent instrument unit with the function of actual measurement instruments by the function enduing and test syncretizing , and these units can be used as basic building blocks for a variety of more complex virtual measurement instruments on a PC. The intelligent cells of instrument named Intelligent Virtual Controls is a kind of living virtual part endued instrument functions, which describe the appearance and the essentials of Intelligent Controls-oriented Virtual Instrument.Various methods of torque ,rotating speed and power measurement are discussed and compared in the dissertation. And depending on the actual condition, a reasonable and feasible scheme is chosen and researched.Based on the above chosen scheme, the dissertation researches the principle and method of phase calculation. And after the comparison of various principles, the dissertation chooses a method that is suitable to the instrument. Finally, a virtual phaser is designed and developed.Finally, by adopting Intelligent Controls-oriented Virtual Instrument, Structured Design idea and Hiberarchy Controls idea synthetically, the dissertation introduced the constitution of intelligent controls-oriented torque and power measurer.
