The output shaft is one of the components of the torque converter of the wheel loader,which bears the role of transmitting torque.The stability of the output shaft is closely related to the performance of the torque converter.The shaft power of the output shaft of the torque converter of the wheel loader is an important parameter for the matching and optimization of the torque converter and the gearbox.It is an important index for checking whether the performance of the torque converter of the loader meets the standard,and is a monitoring loader.The important means of the operating state of the torque converter is an effective method to judge the maintenance or modification effect of the torque converter of the loader.Therefore,it is very necessary to measure the shaft power of the output shaft of the torque converter of the loader.In order to obtain the power of the torque converter output shaft,the rotational speed and torque of the torque converter output shaft are measured separately.As of now,the measurement technology for the rotation speed of power machinery transmission shafts is quite mature,and the accuracy of the speed measurement has gradually reached the requirements.The torque of the output shaft of the hydraulic torque converter becomes the main research content of this paper.Torque converter output shaft torque measurement part: This article describes the current research status of torque sensors,analyzes the measurement principles of torque sensors,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of five more common torque sensors and three data transmission methods and With regard to its application range,it was finally decided to use a torque measurement method combining a strain-type torque sensor and wireless transmission technology to obtain the torque of the torque converter output shaft.First,a three-dimensional model of the torque converter output shaft was established using the three-dimensional modeling software Catia,and it was imported into Ansys Workbench for static and dynamic characteristics analysis.Then,the overall design of the hardware circuit of the torque measurement system was included,including the power supply.Circuit,amplifier circuit and filter circuit.After the design of each circuit module is completed,it is processed into a PCB circuit board and the relevant electronic components are welded.The measurement system uses an Arduino development board to process the torque data.The wireless transmission and reception of data is achieved through the wireless data transmission module WSN-02.The software of the measurement system is compiled in the development environment Arduino IDE.Finally,the designed PCB circuit board,Arduino development board and wireless data transmission module and other torque measurement hardware parts are assembled together,and the written wireless transceiver program is written into the Arduino development board to realize the combination of hardware and software of the torque measurement system.The measurement part of the torque of the torque converter output shaft: In this paper,the Hall effect type speed sensor is used to measure the speed of the output shaft.For the convenience of installation,Catia designed a three-dimensional model of the speed sensor to measure the bracket.The bracket is mounted on the body of the loader,and the speed sensor is mounted on the bracket.This paper uses a tension press to load test the entire torque measurement system to verify the feasibility of the measurement system,and builds an experimental platform for torque and speed measurement,and installs the designed torque sensor and speed sensor on the output shaft of the torque converter of the loader Car experiments were carried out.The experimental results show that the output shaft power measurement system designed in this paper can achieve real-time measurement and display of torque and speed,which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the measurement system.
