| The NZ/88/86/09 turbine blower system of thermal plant in Chongqing domestic iron and steel C.L.D. was producted by Harbing turbine industry at 1987. It has worked for 16 years since 1989,1. The equipments of this system can not work normly, and the load is not enough for the 1200m3 blast, especially in summer.Based on the basic constitutes, the running states of main devices and the sub systems have been analyzed, and the main problems of the turbine and blowse have been found. The analyses show that the main problem existes in safety and relative humidity fields. Acoording to the project of transformation, the works of designing, producing, installation, debugging and testing were carried out. The results of test show that the transformation work is successful.Since the transformation project is a complex work, it is useful for us to summarize the whole work. Bosed on the experience of the transformation process, the suggests are brought forward for running.
