| Base on the reality which is increasingly focused on the resource conservationand environmental protection and the necessity of developing sustainably andbuilding international environmentally friendly cities, energy consumption andconservation as well as emission reduction of boilers have been greatly adjusted andactually researched in our country. So the recycling and burning of blast furnace gassuffers highly attaching importance to people.However, the composition of blast furnace gas that can burn is mainly carbonmonoxide, and it contains much nitrogen gas that can’t burn. So calorific is very low,and it belongs to the low heat value flammable gas. So it is necessary to deeplyresearch the process of flowing and burning, in order to discuss the thermalcharacteristics and the adaptability of the structure after changing the fuel:(1) For the above situation,on the foundation of analyzing and researching theburning specific properties of blast furnace gas and the home and abroad correlatetechnique that general fuel burning change into gas burning in detail, the text sum upand put forward basic thought and the method that changing into the gas fired boiler.(2) As it is very difficult and expensive to collect data from in-situ experiment,numerical simulation plays an important role in engineering science.(3) The combustion process of an oil-fired boiler with blast furnace gas isroundly simulated with software CFD with the geometrical model of a oil-fired boilerprovided by boiler plant of Xiangtan. Velocity and temperature field as well as heatflux density are obtained.(4) The excessive air coefficient, preheating temperature, oxygen enrichment andcombustor structure on combustion are mainly discussed. The effect that a hightemperature in furnace caused by preheating fuel is better than preheating air; Theburning rate can be accelerated by oxygen enrichment; Temperature in furnace can beeffected by excess air coefficient; Heat exchange is enhanced through the annularnozzle.(5) The effect that a high temperature in furnace caused by preheating fuel isbetter than preheating air; The burning rate can be accelerated by oxygen enrichment;The excessive air coefficient is1.05, air preheating temperature is900K, flux preheat- ing temperature is600K, oxygen enrichment is24%; Heat exchange is enhancedthrough the annular nozzle.The research about reflecting some practical problem and getting optimizedcontrol parameters of combustion by adjusting the influencing factor can be used as atheoretical to adjust and control combustion of blast furnace gas. |
