The Research Of Disasters Of High Occupy Public Building

With the high speed development of the city, the development of economy of city in our country's lagged behind the ability of preventing calamity of city. The high occupy public building is important public facilities,where people live and work ,being engaged in the politics, culture, economy, science activity. Once suffered from the occurrence disaster trouble, high disastrous accidents easily take place in the public facilities,not only bringing about the loss of the life and property, but also affecting the stability and continuable development of the whole society. ChongQing,as unique direct jurisdiction city in the western region, heavily conduct the building in the strategic development of western region, the hidden troubles of high occupy public building are in gradual emergence.Because there is no systematic research upon the disaster of high occupy public building, especially upon social calamity up to now, this paper,as one of the basic tasks of"security research of high occupy public building in Chongqing", is to educe the kinds of the disaster of high occupy public building and is to analyse the main disasters,according to the status of security of high occupy public building. It will not only supply the continuous task of"the grade evaluation and security design research of high occupy public building in Chongqing", accelerate the related calamity science ,but also will offer the theory reference for the establishment of Chongqing city planning, security designing of the public establishment, the perfect of security establishment, the foundation of emergency mechanism ,in order to advance the ability of preventing calamity of city.Based on the purpose of this paper,this paper researches on the disaster of high occupy public building, leaded by the calamity theory and combined by the building's technique and colony action psychology. It conclude the kinds of the disaster of high occupy public building in the world and analyse the calamity kinds and character of the disaster of high occupy public building in Chongqing. It point out eight main disaster such as earthquake , flood, geologic disaster, fire, explosion, infection, chemistry poisoning accident, bio-chemistry attack and finally emphasize to analyze the occurring mechanism ,character, correlation with the building's technique of five main social disaster such as flood, fire, blast, infection, poisoning,biochemistry attack,because of neglect of social disaster in the calamity theory .
