Key Technology Research Of Meshing Micro-Motor

This project is original from National Natural Science Fund Item(Authorized mark: 50375020) -"The Research of MeshingMicro-motor" and it aims to make a new kind of micro-motor integrating planet reducer transmission system in the motor body.The author of this thesis reviews the status of the system of the motor drive. In general, the revs of motor are faster than that of the need. The motor must have the machine of deceleration in order to reduce its revs and improve its torque. The thesis expounds a kind of design means of the new motor that combine the motor and the machine of deceleration. So the motor can directly output low rolling speed and large pulling torque.In the discourse the first, the author expatiates the mechanical configuration and also gives the structure designs of the motor. They are meshed each other in the force of magnetic field. The second, the author deduces the torque calculation formula and calculates the output torque of the motor. In the last of the discourse, the author expounds the characters of some motor control methods, designs a control system for the motor.The work of the author paves the way for future research.
