Due to the complicated structure and over-positioning structure of the RV reducer,the precision of processing and assembly is high.At the same time,because RV reducer use the cycloidal pin tooth,the number of parts is large and the processing is difficult.In view of this,we research from the structure and tooth profile of the reducer to design a new Abnormal Cycloid Gear(ACG)reducer with large transmission ratio,high transmission efficiency,compact structure,low processing and assembly difficulty.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the comparative analysis of common planetary reducer,the overall structure design scheme of the ACG reducer is put forward.A 2K-H combined gear train transmission scheme is proposed,which has large transmission ratio,low machining and assembly difficulty.Then the transmission schematic diagram is constructed,and the expression of ACG reducer transmission ratio is derived by relative velocity method.The strength of the main parts is checked,the structure of ACG reducer is designed,the shape of parts and assembly relations is determined.Finally,a parametric modeling method of cycloid gear is proposed and the 3D model of ACG reducer is built.(2)Based on gear transmission theory,the meshing performance of cycloid gear is analyzed.Firstly,by comparing the performance characteristics of the four gears,the abnormal cycloid gear(ACG)with low slip rate and high bearing capacity is adopted as the gear of the reducer.Secondly,the cycloid equation is derived according to the conjugate meshing principle of gears,and the method of building abnormal cycloid gear is obtained.According to the definition of coincidence degree and slip rate in gear transmission,the expressions of coincidence degree and slip rate of abnormal cycloid gear are calculated by geometric method.Finally,the influence of the design parameters of abnormal cycloid gear on the coincidence degree and slip rate is studied by using the control variable method.(3)By using virtual prototype technology and finite element method,the ACG reducer performance is simulated.The performance characteristics of cycloid gears with high transmission efficiency and high bearing capacity are verified.Through 16 groups of cycloid gear transmission efficiency simulation,the influence of gear design parameters on efficiency was analyzed,and the relationship between gear slip rate and efficiency was explored.Through static analysis,modal analysis and dynamic analysis of ACG reducer,the stress state of each part,the natural frequency of the whole machine and the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine are obtained.
