| From the point of view of project, this thesis elaborated the design and the realization process of thickness survey system for automobile wheel hub wall in detail, and the research result has applied in the actual survey. It is adopted that the encipheror and raster sensor to improve the measuring accuracy and computer technology to enhance the degree of survey automatization and the efficiency of measure in this design, accordingly,it is ensured the size of automobile wheel hub wall in accuracy range, it not only save the resource, but also ensure the quality of product, simultaneity, improve the driving security of automobile.The design of this system mainly includes two major parts, the designs of hardware and software. The part of hardware mainly includes: vertical positioning system, horizontal thickness measurement system, singlechip hardware system, communication system on serial port and so on. The software can accomplish such function as the control and harmony to the hardware system, the drive and control to the DC electromotor and stepping-electromotor, communication between MCU and the computer, the display of the result on computer with Lab VIEW, table the result and keep them in the archives in order to refer them later.It is a system that test thickness intellectually according to the requirement of the user. It has the character of high accuracy and easy to operate .It has fairly good practical value and has got a satisfying effect in the application of testing automobile wheel hub wall, and also achieves the user's requirement. |
