The wheel-rail force measurement is the basis for the study of the wheel rail relation,How to measure wheel-rail force accurately is particularly important for further research.The record and analysis of wheel-rail force can diagnose and predict the abnormal situation in the process of train running and ensure the security of the railroad running.In this study,a system of wheel-rail force measurement and analysis based on virtual instrument development platform is designed,which can realize the continuous acquisition of wheel-rail force and provide a variety of signal analysis methods.The following works have been carried out:1.A set of rolling wheel scheme for wheel-rail force is determined.The vertical force and lateral force electrical bridge method of Instrumented wheel-set and output principle are studied based on Fourier series to analyze the measuring principle of bridging form of commonly measuring bridge and output signal component.Built base on the actual size of wheel-set three dimensional models in the ANSYS software,simulation analysis locates the sensitive position of strain according to the distribution of stress and strain of vertical load case and lengthwise stretch load case.The variation of radial strain with radius under vertical and lateral loads,and the sensitive position in the hole of the patch,and the position of the hole and the diameter of the patch correspond to the influence of the variable measurement are analyzed.Finally,the patch position of the vertical force and the lateral force measuring bridge is determined.The scheme of site patch,lineation,wiring and electrical bridges is made,and some points and suggestions are put forward according to the on-spot experience and simulation analysis.2.The hardware system constitutes and the installation design is calculated.The system uses Dong Hua test DH5908 J dynamic strain testing equipment as data acquisition hardware system.The hardware circuits based on industry computer.The installation plan of the collection equipment is set up.The installation position,the strength of the mounting parts and the strength of the fasteners are checked,and the feasibility and safety of the scheme are confirmed.Finally,considering the occurrence of extreme operating conditions,the safety of the installation plan is confirmed by checking calculation with this situation.3.The continuous measurement scheme for wheel-rail force and analysis system based on Lab VIEW is designed and developed.The system is adopted a structured method of software development,divided the system into modules,and developed a functional comprehensive measurement and analysis system by developing various modules.The system is composed of user login module,data acquisition module and data analysis module.The data acquisition module includes multi-channel acquisition,wireless device communication,data storage,data previewing,equipment parameter establishment and other functions.Playback function,data pretreatment,correlation analysis,statistical analysis and other analysis methods are provided in the Data processing module,which can realize time domain and frequency domain analysis of multiple data.User login system includes user login management,user information management,user rights management and so on.Having designed the system,the function of the various modules of the continuous measurement scheme for wheel-rail force and analysis system is verified through the bench test on braking test stand and the simulation data construction,which proves the practicability of the system function and the reliability of the system.
