Aim at domestic and international request for curved surface on-linely and no getting in touch with inspecting, this paper research and design a set of apparatus according to laser scan photo-triangle principle.In this paper an inspecting technique for having realistic meaning adopt the semi-conductor laser technique, laser scanning and photo-triangulation together photoelectricity transducer technique to study and realize curved surface no getting in touch with the measured brand-new theories, it combines electronics with calculator technique and can constitute an automatic inspecting system to have the actual applied worth.This paper describe the apparatus constituent part: the laser inspected head according to photo-triangulation principle, the raster displacement inspected system, the close loop servocontrol system, the single chip computer controlled system and data processing and imitatethe with computer , and analyse it's form and position error measurement.This paper make use of the dynamic photo-triangulation technique, and realize to the inspect of the space position, its distinguished rate can attain 0.01 mm.
