Research And Develop Drawing Inspecting System Based On Computer Supported Collaborative Design

There is a long history to design, and product design always is a key point to manufacturing industry. The human always pursue to innovate the theories and methods of design. With the development of computer technology and network technology, Computer Supported Collaborative Design(CSCD) is developing from theory research to realizable technologies and system development. Enterprises put forward the higher demands to CSCD with the development of manufacturing information. Drawing inspecting is an important part of design process, and it is a type of important method to ensure the design is valid and correct, too. Drawing Inspecting System(DIS) supported CSCD is an important module of Computer Supported Collaborative Design System(CSCDS).The traditional methods of inspecting drawing isn't fit to the new demands no longer because CSCDS changed the traditional methods of design. This paper researches on the drawing inspecting mechanism supported CSCD and develops DIS supported CSCD based on analyzing the CSCD and CSCDS.The main contents of this paper includes:(1) Put forward the characters and working pattern of CSCD, discussed the product model and process model of CSCD through analyzing design and CSCD based on investigating many enterprises deeply.(2)Analyzed and researched the architecture of CSCDS from three sides which including enterprise's interior, enterprise and enterprise and soft structure based on analyzing the characters and working pattern of CSCD, and put forward a type of architecture of CSCDS based on the data operation security. In addition, analyzed the function demands and function model of CSCDS.(3)Analyzed the roles, objects, results, security and process control about drawing inspecting, and put forward the basic model and theory model of drawing inspecting supported CSCD. Researched further the mechanism of drawing inspecting based on CSCD and put forward the function that DIS should possess and realizable methods.(4)Accomplished the design to DIS and developed the DIS based on B/S mode.At last, we summarized the research contents of this paper and expected the research work we should do further.
