In this thesis, the corrosion mechanism , process and characteristics of concrete bridge structures by sea are systematically discussed.the JianShan Bridge is taken as an example which was built in the highway from QinZhou City to FangCheng Port, and the influencial factors are also discussed. To inspect the corrosion status of JianShan Bridge which is located in the marine environment, inspection such as appearance of concrete,thickness intension and carbonization of protection layer,content of chloride ion and the rusty condition of steel bar are taken at all points, by facial inspection combined with the use of many instruments such as for steel location,re-ball,chemical analysis,concrete/steel bar half-potential and for concrete resistivity. Based on this results, the evaluation is carried out and divided into 4 classes by selecting the representative members or seriously destructive members according to 3 levers of cell, item and sub-item.The effect of improving anti-infiltration and steel-bar-protection,rust-proof medicament in the second protection measurement and the materials for facial daubing and corrosion repairion are studied aimming at the status of deformation and results of inspection, by systematically testing. And the results are applied into practice. The technique of inspection, evaluation and strengthening for structural corrosion can be taken out through summarization , abstraction, measurement of the steel bar of reinforced concrete bridge along or across the sea. A set of techniques of inspection, evaluation and strengthening for corrosion in concrete is developed which is suitable for Guangxi Province easily and economically. And it will provide foundation on theories and decision-making in the aspects of the designation,maintainance and service of concrete bridge along or across the sea for Guangxi.The main effects are as followings:(1) A set of technique of inspection,evaluation and strengthening for structural corrosion is developed;(2) The influence factors for corrosion of concrete bridge structures along the sea are discussed;(3) The performance of anti-infiltration and steel-bar-protection can be obviously improved by adding silicon powder or slag into concrete, the anti-breaking intension and the density can be obviously improved, and the chlorine ion can be absorbed and translated if there is chlorine ion so the steel-bar-protection can be obviously improved(4) By adding coal powder and rust-preventing of reinforced steel bar, we can efficiently...
