As a new kind of device used for detecting the position of incident light, position sensitive detectors can achieve continuous measurement,with advantages of excellent position resolution, wide spectral response range, high-speed response, high reliability, simultaneously detects light intensity and center-of-gravity position of spot light, and illustrates a good prospect of application in such fields as national defense, information and industry. In this paper,we design a kind of optoelectronic displacement measurement system using PSD based on the principle of optical triangulation.Firstly, this thesis analyses two kinds of optical triangulation detect structure, with PSD to eventually develop a displacement measurement solution.It then confirms the important parameters of the solution and simulation is performed to prove that this solution is feasible.Secondly,it introduces structural features and working principle of PSD and chooses S3932 PSD producted by Hamamatsu of Japan as the position detector according to the design specifications. Meanwhile,it analyses factors that affect location positioning of PSD.Then, it finished the design of AC&DC signal processing circuits based on analog IC such as AD645,AD734. And detailed simulations and calculations of noise from measuring circuit (refer to preamplifier circuit) and PSD itself have been done on the basis of the effect of noise on position resolution of PSD.The design of light source driving circuit is also finished at the same time. Besides,to prepare for the test of characteristic parameters of measurement system,we finished the design of the system mechanical structure and application software for data acquisition.Finally, measure system is assembled by imaging lens, mechanical structure and designed DC signal processing circuit board. It tests output characteristics and design parameters of system quantitatively and inspects its anti-jamming capability and stability. Meanwhile, various error factors of this measuring system are analyzed and make preparation for improving the system performance in the future.
