Research On The Frame And Key Techniques Of Equipment Remote Cooperative Diagnosis Service Sharing Mode

With more and more complicated equipment deployed, Equipment Remote Cooperative Diagnosis (ERCD) becomes more and more important. This paper aims to promote the implementing and extending of ERCD in equipment maintenance support area by innovative ERCD's pattern theories, and studying the key enabled techniques to provide valuable reference for improving of the whole equipment fault diagnosisability.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The concept category of ERCD's pattern is discussed, and its importance is analyzed from the view of society, technology and economy. On the drive of Internet development, the cooperative environment extending and technology innovative, the advanced ERCD's pattern is recognized based on ERCD's service sharing requirement.The architecture of ERCD's service sharing pattern is defined in system theory. Meanwhile the constitutive elements of ERCD of this pattern, service cell and service sharing environment is clarified based on its inherent character. The concept architecture is established by researching the model and service cooperative mode of service cooperative environment.The reference model is specified from the view of operation, system and technology according to C~4ISR architecture, with practical maintenance strategy and diagnosis requirement taken into account. The main characteristic and application range of the reference model is analyzed to provide the efficient methods for function description, system layout and technology realization.Based on Web database and Web application techniques an ERCD's expert system service cell is established with service principal part, service way, service method and service objection. By investigating the particular requirements for building knowledge base and inference mechanism of the expert system based on Web, the methodology for transferring the isolated diagnosis resources into ERCD's service cell is given.The problem of clarity sharing among service cells of heterogeneous systems is resolved by using the Web Service technology. And a Web Service signal analyzing service cell based on MATLAB platform is implemented to validate the primarily prompted technology approach of building the heterogeneous diagnosis service cells and ERCD service sharing pattern.By instantiating the reference model, a prototypical system is developed to validate...
