In order to realize the goal of speeding up the construction of a transportation power in the "14th Five-year Plan",the operation level of railway tunnels in service period should be improved and the maintenance and management of tunnels should be strengthened.Relying on the Shenyang railway bureau of a railway tunnel,the workshop a railway construction section tunnels as the research object,with modern sensor technology,Internet technology,Internet technology as the support,in an integrated monitoring alarm system and expert diagnosis system for innovation,set up of railway tunnel disease monitoring alarm and expert diagnosis network platform,The real-time monitoring and alarm of railway tunnel diseases in service period are realized,and expert guidance is provided,so as to greatly reduce the inaccurate detection and maintenance of tunnel diseases by field staff and realize the intelligent safety management of railway tunnel in service period.First,identify the tunnel disease type.Through summarizing the research results of tunnel disease mechanism by experts and scholars at home and abroad,and collating the inspection data of a railway tunnel disease during the service period,four main diseases of the tunnel are identified,including water leakage,damage of lining structure,insufficient limit in the tunnel,and failure of monitoring instruments and equipment.By analyzing the causes and consequences of tunnel diseases,it provides technical support for establishing railway tunnel disease monitoring and alarm system.Then,the tunnel disease monitoring and alarm system is established.By integrating the Internet of Things technology and monitoring means,the common disease monitoring and alarm system of railway tunnel in service period is established,which is composed of three layers: perception layer,transmission layer and application layer.The practicability and reliability of the monitoring and alarm system are verified in combination with engineering practice.The threshold values of each monitoring point and its monitoring parameters are selected according to relevant tunnel design and monitoring standards.Disease alarm signals are issued based on safety evaluation of real-time monitoring data.Thirdly,construct tunnel disease database.Through the expert diagnosis of tunnel disease causes and measures to edit the database table.Based on THE development environment of WMAP and MySQL,the railway tunnel disease database in service period is constructed,and the expert diagnosis database of railway tunnel disease in service period is refined by the collation and analysis of disease records.Fourthly,establish disease expert diagnosis system.Through the acquisition and expression of the monitoring data of tunnel disease,the tunnel disease expert diagnosis inference machine is designed,and the railway tunnel disease diagnosis expert system is constructed with "monitoring,judgment,diagnosis and decision" as the frame structure.Finally,a tunnel monitoring alarm and expert diagnosis platform is built.Based on the analysis and summary of monitoring data,using VS development tool,the railway tunnel disease monitoring and alarm and expert diagnosis system platform in service period is established,which is composed of "disease monitoring and alarm,expert diagnosis,monitoring information query and management,database management" and other functional modules.The system platform has real-time display of "tunnel health status,monitoring and alarm information,tunnel deterioration trend,database maintenance" and other functions.
