| This paper introduced all sorts of hydraulic design method which refers to the solidfluid two phase flow centrifugal pumps summarily, analyzed the influence of each kindof factor to the performance of the two phase flow pump, such as the mediumcharacteristic, the match of volute and the impeller, the structural parameters of theimpeller and the material quality of the fluid flowed parts and so on. In view of the mudpump used in hydro-ash-removing system of fossil-fired power plant in shanxi ,carrieson the optimization design. The drawing means of pane net has been adopted to designthe impellers on the drawing software AutoCAD, three dimensional numericalsimulation has been operated by making use of Fluent . The influence of each kind offactor to the two phase flow pump is analyzing by the numerical simulation results.Discussed the numerical simulation result thoroughly. Finally puts forward thereasonable proposal to the design of the two phase centrifugal pump. |
