| We called the pump which was used to channel multiphase fluid as multiphase flowpump,especially to transport two-phase fluid pump called the two-phase flowpump.Multiphase flow characteristics of the medium is so easy to produce the pumpclogged,winding,even the phenomenon of stucking and drying up.Causing the pump cannot operate normally, affect the performance of the pump seriously.This article set the Q25H52electro-hydraulic circulation pump which has been put intothe use as an analytical model to study the gas-liquid two-phase flow problemsencountered in actual use for the model centrifugal pump.First, according to the design principles and design parameters of the centrifugal pumpsimplified analytical model in two-dimensional,and establish a two-dimensional modeland mesh it with mesh generation software Gambit.then based on the Reynolds N-Sequations and standard κ-ε turbulence model,using multiple reference frame (MRF)model and Mixture mixed flow model in Fluent,and unstructured grid and SIMPLEpressure-velocity coupling algorithm to simulate the pump flow field within differentgas conditions. Analysing of simulation results, observing the flow of gas-liquidtwo-phase flow in centrifugal pump,to see the situation of the impeller pressure andvelocity distribution.Identify methods to improve the performance of centrifugal pumps from theanalysis of the results based on the theoretical knowledge of the centrifugal pump.Compare the improved centrifugal pump with unimproved of internal flow field, provethe feasibility of the improved method, and to provide a theoretical basis for centrifugalpump design optimization. |
