| According to the phenomenon of New Town construction, this paper made a general study on the motivities of New Town in China from the view of economy, society, city development and so on.The author wrote the paper to help grasping the characters of Chinese characteristic New Town.By analyzing the type, the form and the construction process of Chinese New Town, the author summarize the characters of it. Finally, as an epilogue, this paper brings forward the contrast between Chinese New Town Movement and overseas, and analyzes the bug of Chinese New Town.In a word, basing on the research of its past and present status, the paper attempts to explore the Newtown Movement of China, to grasp its character and to find its problems. |
