With the rapid development of the national economy, increase of electric power requirement and restriction of energy problem, our country has decided to devote major efforts to developing nuclear power. Because computer and network technology is quickly developing, monitoring and control technology of electric power is applied and the performance of new SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Access) system for transformer substation is prominent, it is inevitable for Grid Control Room to adopt SCADA system.Firstly, the article has discussed inevitability and feasibility on adopting SCADA system for Grid Control Room in nuclear power plant. Subsequently, it further analyzes and researches the most sensitive problem of reliability, particularly the anti-disturbance problem of SCADA system for Grid Control Room. After the problems of inevitability, feasibility and reliability are solved, which SCADA system for Grid Control Room in nuclear power plant is adopt, the article researches idea of fulfilling system as a whole, design of function, construction design and selection of software and hardware. The focal point of article is to study measure of electromagnetism anti-disturbance, improving reliability of system and so on.The article has an important guidance meaning for improving traditional SCADA system of Grid Control Room in operating nuclear power station, and selection, design, construction, commissioning of SCADA system of Grid Control Room in new nuclear power station. It has also important reference value for construction and improvement of SCADA system in other Grid Control Room and transformer substation.
