In order to study the coordination behaviors?CCBs?of crew in digital main control room of nuclear power plants?NPPs?,after analyzing crew task characteristics and research on crew coordination behavior both at home and abroad.This article completed the following main work:?1?The crew coordination model was constructed from the four dimension?crew coordination mechanism,coordination entity,coordination function,coordination process?based on Functions-Entities-Mechanisms-Patterns model(FEMPipo).?2?In this regard,we classify CCBs as well as the corresponding subcategory from the perspective of coordination mechanism and coordinating entity after literature research,on-the-spot investigation and interview.?3?On the basis of the classification,CCBs collected from the full scope simulator of the main control room were analyzed with the help of INTERACT software.After that,Fuzzy Social Network Analysis?FSNA?was used to construct the data.Experimental verification and discovery rules:?4?The coordinators and the operators of primary circuit are in the core position of the crew and lead the coordination process.At the same time,the coordinators are the"bridge"to coordinate the tasks comprehensively.Main coordination behaviors contain"query/response task schedule query task progress","request information request/response","confirm information","active task information","help"behavior while"remind operational considerations","advice"and"analysis"and others are secondary coordination behaviors.On the whole,explicit information exchange coordination dominates,followed by explicit behavior coordination,implicit information exchange and implicit behavior coordination.?5?The impact of CBBs on human errors:Crew's low cohesion leads to task delay in the early stage of task execution;Response missing of coordination information of"request information/response request information","query task progress/response query task progress","request approval operation/response request approval operation";Improper use of implicit coordination behaviors such as"actively obtaining task information"and"proactively providing task information".
