The Control System Reforming Of The Security Diesel-motor Unit In Power Plant

With the developing demand for automation in large-scale coal power plant, the problems with self-starting and starting speed in security Diesel-motor Unit are studied more and more.Programmable Logic Controller technology is one of the most widely practical control techniques in recent years. It has many advantages, such as convenient selections of hardware's, small solidity, high reliability and long consecutive working time. And these fit the difficult working circumstance and high demand perfect in coal power plant.Our research concentrates on the control automation in security Diesel-motor Unit that makes use of Programmable Logic Controller technology. We succeeded in promoting accuracy and flexibility to enhance the reliability of control system.This paper emphasizes on introducing our new remote monitoring system, which has the function of united-monitoring and automatic joint-operation between two Diesel-motor Unit.This paper firstly introduces the research background and tasks.In the second chapter, we introduce the nowadays development of security Diesel-motor Unit in coal power plant.In the third chapter, we introduce the control strategies in our new monitoring system.In the forth chapter, we introduce the structure and flowchart of PLC and introduce Particularly the Siemens S7-200 PLC and characteristics of new control system.The last chapter, we summarize the article and prospect technology correlatively.
