The performance monitoring and optimization analysis of the natural gas combined cycle(NGCC)unit plays an important role in the performance monitoring and optimization operation of gas-fired units.In this paper,the platform of Ebsilon is used to establish a performance model of natural gas combined cycle unit,and the model is used to analyze the performance characteristics of NGCC,and also used to carry out optimization analysis of solar thermal complementary power generation technology scheme based on natural gas combined cycle system.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the analysis of the thermal power system,a performance calculation model of a 9F natural gas combined cycle unit was established.The performance simulation calculation was carried out on Ebsilon,and the accuracy was verified under design and offdesign conditions respectively.Secondly,based on Ebsilon,performance analysis of combined cycle units was studied.On the one hand,the operating characteristics and economics of the unit under pure condensing conditions were analyzed based on the boundary conditions of the gas turbine load rate and environmental factors,and the characteristic curve of the variable operating condition was obtained.On the other hand,considering heat supply,the variation of thermoelectric load characteristic with the load rate of gas turbine and the ambient temperature under different extraction coefficient was studied and its influence on generating capacity and heating capacity was also studied.The thermoelectric load characteristic of the unit during the cogeneration operation was obtained.Finally,the performance monitoring platform of the unit was developed,and the platform architecture,development process and related functions were introduced in detail.In addition,a solar thermal complementary power generation technology transformation project based on the natural gas combined cycle system was proposed.Ebsilon simulations were used to evaluate the performance of the integrated solar combined cycle system(ISCC)configurations at different integrated locations,seeking the best choice and placement of integrated solar technology in the ISCC system.In addition,the influence of solar energy heat input,ambient temperature change and heat supply on the performance of the ISCC system was studied.The variable working condition characteristics after the transformation were mastered.
