| With the development of the high-speed and automation of the new generation train, the train uses Train Communication Network (TCN) increasingly. TCN is a high-performance integrative control system that is used to transfer information of modern vehicle control, status monitoring, failure diagnosis and passenger services and so on. Multifunction Vehicle Bus (MVB) is one of the important parts of TCN. Hardware design and implementation methods of MVB interface vehicle logic control module based on ARM, which is a part of network control system of modularization SS7E electrical vehicle, are studied in the thesis.The network control system of modularization SS7E electrical vehicle, included CCU, LLC, DKL, CAB, is researched by research centre of information and control of Dalian University of Technology and Dalian research centre of NGR that belongs to the railway department. The LLC is composed of CPU and MVB Control Unit, Digital Input and Output Unit, Power Control Unit, Backboard Bus Unit.The development of Train Communication Network and the application of embedded system are discussed. According to the design requirements of SS7E network control system, the international standard of TCN and the protocol of Multifunction Vehicle Bus are researched. The LLC of SS7E is designed and implemented. The design methods about CPU and MVB control Unit, Digital Input and Output Unit and Backboard Bus Unit are expounded. The analyses comprise its design scheme, choices of the components and anti-jamming methods, circuit debugging methods and Multi-layer PCB design.Because of the complexities of vechile transportation environment, the problems of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) are considered in the design. Futhermore, Multi-layer PCB design methods and anti-jamming measures are researched in order to insure operational reliability.Finally, the result of debugging, running and checking of MVB interface vehicle logic control module based on ARM reaches the goals of design and obtains satisfied effects. |
