Quality Control Research On Project Of No.2 Building Bid Section In Waiting Hall Of Jiming Island Rongcheng City

With the progress of society,all kinds of construction work is closely related to the production and living of human beings.Also,the quality of construct ion projects is closely related to the direct interests of the masses.In the meantime,the quality of construction project is directly related to state property and safety of the masses.Recently,the nationwide problems in the construction project have been exposed continuously,which make the event of construction project’s quality become the heated discussion of all walks of life.Therefore,the requirement of the public to the quality of the construction project has been raised.The construction of the waiting hall includes many links,such as pre-,mid-term and post-stage,and various factors will have a certain impact on the quality of construction.after the construction is finished.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to improve the quality control level of the waiting hall construction project and strengthen the project construction.This essay takes the project of No.2 building bid section in waiting hall of Jiming Island,Rongcheng City as the research object.Through the field research to the No.2 building bid section,the research focus is on the quality control.Based on the research theories about the evaluation and quality management of construction projects,using the filed survey method and the systematic analysis method,the probably existed five questions and the five influence factors of personnel quality,machine,construction technology,material and environment in the No.2 building bid section in waiting hall of Jiming Island are analyzed.AHP is used in the end to build the quality control element evaluation index system of this project.Through the evaluation of the exp erts to ensure the weights of indexes,and the fuzzy synthesis judgment is used to evaluate the quality control effects of this construction project.Through analyzing the feedbacks of the evaluation and summarizing the experience and lessons,formulate project quality control schemes and put forward quality assurance measures from the preparation,construction and acceptance stages of project construction,raising the construction quality of the project to make the project quality more standardized and scientific,therefore,the general objective of the project quality control will be achieved.This paper evaluates the quality control of the bidding section of building no.2 of the Waiting boat Hall of Jiming Island,and discusses the construction quality of the bidding section of building No.2 of the waiting boat Hall of Jiming Island.This conclusion has reference value for other engineering construction quality management and benefit evaluation.
