The Model And The Method For Air Traffic Management Of Single Runway Airport Based On HDS

Currently, civil aviation is developing in a very high rate and the requirement for unhindered traffic is more and more. How can we solve this problem?In this paper, we first analyze the characteristics of air traffic flow control system of china. The important thing of this system is efficiency in the days to come. But it is ignored by mostly researchers that practicality, which is the basement of engineering, is the same important thing to the air traffic control system. If we did not, it will be taken to a unsafe situation.By research, we know that the runway is the origin of the traffic flow. So we make a model which is based on the mode of the runway of a single runway airport working and we named it as water tank model. We put many rules of air traffic control into the model. Then we use a tactic of runway switching to simulate the fact thing. For the moment, the tactic comprises 3 parts. The first part is a tactic of clearing buffer; the second part is a tactic of switching runway user by equal cycle; the third part is a tactic of switching runway user by unequal cycle. Finally, we put many data into the model to simulate. Through calculated, we get many chart of air traffic flow.At the end of this article, we find a way to solve the problem of the air traffic flow control.
