With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the congestion and delay at domestic airports are becoming more and more serious.The research on improving the operational efficiency of airports is also deepening.At present,the planning and design of the airport are based on relevant design specifications,considering more physical environmental factors.The factors of operational efficiency are rarely considered in the airport planning and design phase.From the point of view of airport layout design,combined with the operation characteristics,this paper carries out quantitative analysis,and discusses how to rationally plan the design layout of runway and apron in order to improve the airport operation efficiency.Firstly,the composition of the airport design layout and the operation process of the airport are analyzed,and the main design parameters related to the layout are selected.In the singlerunway airport layout,according to the expected size of the airport,the proportion of the main running direction of the runway,and the setting of the quick exit,the minimum total taxi time is taken as the target,the optimization model of the layout of the apron is established,and the location of the apron is determined.The model achieves a quantitative analysis of the airport layout.Through the example verification,the optimal layout scheme can save 43.7% of the taxi time.Secondly,for the parallel runway airport,the Systematica Layout Planning(SLP)was introduced to layout the apron and runway of the parallel runway airport.According to SLP theory,the objective function is to minimize the product of the distance between passengers in a day's flight and taxiing at the airport,and to seek the optimal coordinates of the runway and the apron.Then the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the coding scheme,selection function and genetic operator are designed in combination with the airport layout design problem.Finally,the feasibility of the model is verified by the layout design of runway and apron of large busy airport.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,after analyzing the practical problems such as taxiing conflict and runway operation,a multi-objective airport apron and runway layout model with the minimum total amount of passenger transport work,the largest runway capacity and the least number of conflicts is proposed.Finally,the runway apron layout of a large airport is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and model.Therefore,it can maximize the operational efficiency of the airport during the planning and construction stage,reduce the workload of the controller during the later operation,and provide reference for the construction and expansion of the airport in the future.
