Guiyang has a smaller number of automobile than that of China's cities of thesame sizes and being situated in the mountain valley with limit area , Guiyang still hasmore problems toward cities, such as overpopulation, intense employment, and harderland development, etc., all witch worsen the conflicts between the demand and supplyof parking lots, and disordered parking, and jeopardize urban traffic and environment,ultimately becoming an important factor that prevents economic development . On the basis of parking investigation datum in the center of Guiyang, and thestudy concerning the demand of parking at home and abroad, This paper, with thefindings of current parking datum in Guiyang, introduces various statistics methods tothe analyze the land uses, hoping to find and establish the internal rules correspondingindicators related to parking. By adopting relevant theories and models this paperquantitatively expresses and describes those rules to make a reasonable prediction ofthe future demand parking in the means of mathematics, proposing a guide to theparking facility planning and construction.At the end of this paper, it summarizes the results of the research as well as theexisting problems and suggests a picture for the further studies.
