| Integrated evaluation system of municipal flood control system is studied systematically in this dissertation, which mainly comprise as following:(1) The research tendency about the integrated evaluation system of municipal flood control system is expounded, on the base of summarizing the existing research results of the domestic and overseas.(2) Summarizing the basic theory and sort of municipal flood control system, in the precondition of understanding the conception, system thought and tolerance risk theory are particularly expounded, which are used as the golden rule of establishing the theory frame of municipal flood control system with the fact.(3) In the precondition of being familiar with the principia and index system, setting from the five aspects, integrated evaluation index system of municipal flood control system is established with the theory frame, in which the qualitative and quantitative index is analyzed, of fifty-five are confirmed as the material index and are quantification on the foundation of referring to lots of literature.(4) Based on the fact, considering engineering and non-engineering flood control measures, the coupling fuzzy neural network model and PSO-AHP model of integrated evaluation system of municipal flood control system are established. The two models can be mutually reflected.(5) Aimed at the integrated evaluation system of municipal flood control system in Nanping city in FuJian province, the application research of the models and methods are carried out; the integrated evaluation index of municipal flood control system in that city is obtained and is analyzed; At the base of enhancing the construction of non-engineering flood control measures, the relative satisfactory index is achieved through the reckoning for the improved scheme. The area of municipal flood control planning research is broadened.(6) Combining the theory and the application research results, the conclusion and the questions need to be studied deeply are presented. |
