Research On The Development Of Hangzhou's New Developed Residential Aera

With the fast development in urbanization and social economy and on the premise of the adjustment of the administrative region and formation of the over-river and along-river urban pattern,the large-scale contruction of new developed area is being carried out in Hangzhou.In the directiong of 'Leisure city', this paper discusses concepts,principles and process of urban space form caused by the new developed residential area in Hangzhou.Based on the overall evaluation of the spatial environment in Hangzhou, this paper make a summary of different types of new developed residential area in last two decades. In order to optimize the resource attributes,the development pattern adapted to the different category have been induced and analyzed. Based on the systems analysis hereinbefore,some macroscopic introductory stratagems for the development of new developed residential area have been put forward.This paper has four parts.The first one is the analysis of the condition of new developed residential area in Hangzhou,besides the development characteristics and problems to be considered. And different types of new developed residential area have been summarized.Next there is a discussion on the development patterns and the relevant illustrations of the different categories.Last some development strategies have been bringed forward.
