Study On The Non-constructive Land In County Territory And The Governance Of It

Non-constructive land belongs to the city system , the same as construction land. It is usually to exiest with the natural tone of green and blue, and it′s fresh native trait make people feel more comfortable and delighted. it should be paid attention to by the people because of it′s ecology and economic attribute. We are accustomed to emphasize the urban construction district, but the non-constuctive which support urban keep on the development is ignored completely by us, even infinite erosion . Especially in the developed area with high town-density, the conflict between urban expansion and environment becomes more and more serious. This dissertation tries to turn thoughtways, on the foundation of the study with the governance of non-constuctive land in county territory to promote the balance of the region. The dissertation is divided into four parts: The first part———focusing on problems: Based on the statement of the thesis′s background and doing some related reseach, to solve the promble, such as the unbalance of non-constuctive land and constuctive land,the ecology crisis , the dissertation elaborates the necessary of doing reseach for non-constuctive land in county territory. The second part———analyzing problems: By structuring the non-constuctive land system, and the correlation analysis of the construction land and the non-construction 1and, the paper puts forward the best distributing form of region. The third part———exploring the strategy and theories method: The dissertation makes a research on the factors of the non-constructive land system, and looks for the methods of the governance of non-constuctive land in county territory. The forth part———fulfilling the usage of theories method: To take the study on governance of non-constuctive land in Xiangshan county, Zhejiang province as an example, the dissertation makes a search for the fulfillment usage of theories in the practice.
