Reform On County And Town-ship Roads Maintenance System

The county and town-ship roads development plays an important part in the development of the national economy in the country-side. The county and town-ship road construction has happened over the country now, and the local governments have given the huge support to the road construction. The road construction pays a great role to the traveling and improving the living standards of the people who live in the countryside. But for the reason of lack of funds, the great problems have remained in the road maintenance for many years. Many roads have broken in a short period of time after the road construction completing for the reason of less maintenance which trouble greatly the people traveling, and damage the relationship between the people and the government. This article studies mainly the county and town-ship road development and gives some new ideas of how to raise funds for the road construction. At the end of this article, some basic thinking about the reform of county and town-ship maintenance system has been given.
