The new weight scale not only can be used independently but also as can play one part of the intelligent test systems. Through the interface which designed in advance, the data can be transferred to the intelligent management system.The development of new weight scales belongs to the practical intelligent measuring instrument. The task and goal of this subject is to carry on A/D change after sampling the extraneous signals and deal with the digital signals, then send the data to the intelligent management system. It is used for the large numbers of people who often test their weight. It is also used for measuring mass data which need be stored, compared, analyzed and processed. It can link with intelligent management system. It can save resource and time, free the organizer from measuring, ordering, analyzing, appraising etc. These complicated programs are managed by the computer software, which simplify the process.The system regard AT89S52 as the key part .It includes liquid crystal display, buttons, interface of the IC card , RS-232 communication interface , real-time clock, etc. The software procedure can carry on gathering signal, judging, calculating through the assembler language and shows the result by the liquid crystal display finally. Except showing result with the liquid crystal display directly, the weight scale can also store the final result in the IC card at the same time.Besides the part of the electric design, the author finishes the mechanism design and analyzes the reliability of whole bearing body.The adjusting and running of the system indicates that the whole design is feasible and reliable, and the presumed functions have been conducted successfully. |
