| The goal of this task is to design a complete boiler's operating recorder instrument .It mainly includes two parts of hardware system and software system.The hardware system must have the functions of display, data acquisition, storage, read-write IC card and communication, and so on .For the usability, The master control of hardware system is single-chip exploited with Keil C .There are some points about the data storage, RS-232 serial-port communication , USB communication and the read-write USB mobile memory disk to storage . In this system, the functions of data acquisition, control and display, read-write IC card are also important. Every function above is acheived through interruption under control of keyboard.The software system is exploited man-machine contact surface through C++ Builder . It has the functions of communication, data processing, database management, data report printing, IC card management and so on. There are two methods to gather the breakdown data from boiler's operating recorder instrument: First, RS-232 serial-port communication; Second, USB communication (including USB mobile memory disk to gather). When communication happens, communication controls and the drives need to be exploited and installed personally in software system. In order to increase the security of data, we established the password for the database to enter. |
