Clean degree of the bearing is a examination index of the quality of the bearing, it must be guaranteed by the cleaning quality of the production process. The improvement of the cleaning quality of, need not only strict production management, but also advanced cleaning technology. In the bearing trade at present, the way in which the bearing cleaning is mainly spout with the petrol or the kerosene. This way is not merely with high costs, great labour intensity, low production efficiency, and bad security, the more important thing is that the clean degree can not accord with the standard clean degree easily. So, it is significant for bearing cleaning to seek safer, more economic, more efficient cleaning method.This thesis studies three key elements for cleaning emphatically: the cleaning medium, the cleaning technics and the cleaning device. It is explained the important content on develop of cleaning equipment and cleaning technics. The groundwork is as follows:(1) The mechanism and characteristic of spout cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning are studied. The acoustics parameters of ultrasonic cleaning are probed, the parameters offer the basis for choice of the parameters in ultrasonic cleaning. The structure characteristics of ultrasonic generator and transducer are analyzed, the characteristics offer practice foundation for design of the ultrasonic trough.(2) On the basis of theoretical foundation of design for cleaning system and actual demand, the cleaning mode with ultrasonic cleaning and spout cleaning is confirmed: demagnetization →the first spout →ultrasonic cleaning →fine spout →blowing using wind knife →the second blowing →drying using hot wind.(3) According to the technics process of cleaning, the mechanical structural design of the cleaning equipment is finished. An orientating device formed by displacement sensor is designed, and it does not have to change and adjust with the size of the bearing. The device can make orientation accurately. At the three main location: ultrasonic cleaning, fine spout and the second blowing, the rotatory device is designed. The device can guaranteed cleaning abundantly.(4) The control system based on PLC is designed through analyzing the on-the-spot demand for control of the device, and the system realizes the manual and automatic control of the device. To the characteristic of the industrial environment, the anti-interference measures are taken to PLC control system.(5) The cleaning equipment meets requirement of wide application, and it solves the problem that major cleaning equipments can only clean single product. Through the experiment, it is proved that the feasibility and validity of cleaning technics and cleaning equipment to the clean degree.Research indicates, study on cleaning method and cleaning equipment can improve the quality of bearing, and enormous economic benefit in the field of bearing manufacture will come with the study.
