| The production shop floor is the lifeblood of manufacturing enterprises,and the level of production shop floor management directly affects product quality,cost and delivery time.In the background of "Industry 4.0",the transformation of traditional shop floor to digital shop floor has been the general trend.In the process of transformation,the introduction of information technology makes the shop floor management change from function-oriented individual thinking to process-oriented teamwork thinking.Information flow management is one of the important directions of production shop floor management.Evaluating information flow on the production shop floor,identifying and eliminating worthless information flow,provides the impetus for improving the efficiency of manufacturing system.Therefore,constructing an effective information flow representation tool and giving an objective information flow evaluation method has certain theoretical and practical significance for production shop floor management.In this paper,we take the value of information flow of production shop floor management as the research object,and use the information flow value representation tool and quantitative evaluation method of information flow value to explore the value issues about the information flow of production shop floor management.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.（1）Aiming at the problem of information flow and its value maximization in production shop floor management,a new production shop floor management information flow representation tool--information flow value representation tool--is constructed based on the improvement of information flow value combined with the actual needs of production shop floor management and the advantages of previous information flow representation tools.This tool can visualize,analyze and improve the production shop floor management information flow,and can effectively identify the value of production shop floor management information flow and improve the information flow without value.（2）Two information flow value representation indicators,namely information flow waste and transparency,are proposed for the comprehensive evaluation of information flow in production shop floor management.A quantitative evaluation method using multiple coefficients to assess the waste of information flow and the transparency of information flow with time constraint is proposed.The method can quantitatively evaluate the production shop floor management information flow in seven dimensions,such as transparency with time constraint,waste of non-automated entry information and waste of defective information,and can identify low transparency information flow and information flow with waste in the production shop floor globally and locally,respectively,and provide a basis for the subsequent improvement of production shop floor management information flow.（3）Using the cylinder head shop floor of Company A as a case study,we verify the correctness of the information flow value representation tool proposed in this paper and the quantitative evaluation method of using multiple coefficients to assess the information flow waste and information flow transparency with time constraints.Firstly,the task content and task requirements of the cylinder head shop floor were investigated;secondly,the information flow in the shop floor was visualized,analyzed and improved using the information flow value representation tool based on the investigation results to identify and eliminate the non-value information flow;finally,the quantitative evaluation of the information flow of the shop floor management before and after the improvement was carried out based on the proposed information flow evaluation method.The case study shows that the information flow value representation tool and the two evaluation indexes of waste and transparency adopted can effectively improve and evaluate the value-added information flow of shop floor management,enhance the efficiency of shop floor information processing tasks,and reduce paper waste. |
