The Efficiency Inspection And Analysis Of Heating Residential Building

As the economic system reforms thoroughly and the extension of the realm opens outwardly in our country, the development of the every trade changes with each passing day, the building industry is no exception. The scale of energy consumed for building in the whole energy consumed increases year by year, certainly it will affect the strategic target of the development of economy and society. But among them, the sum of energy consumed for heating of residential building is the biggest. For this, construction department of state promulgates a series of policies and laws to economize energy consumed for heating. The promulgation and implement of these policies and laws powerfully push our country's energy saving for building to develop forward.This paper, heat loss of residential building and overall heat transfer coefficient of building envelope are measured in Harbin. At the same time, heat transfer characteristic of building envelope is analyzed. The results show that the measure for energy saving of the residential building is valid and come to the request for energy saving. To the weather characteristic of Harbin and measure for energy saving, reference opinion is provided for evaluation and examination of building energy saving, and the basis is provided for the establishment of building energy saving technical system in Harbin.
