Research Of Analysis Of Heating Energy And Energy-saving Techniques In Medium-small Railway Stations Of One Railway Bureau

Chinese made the strict requirements to control energy consumption especial heatingenergy consumption in recent years. Many moderate small stations are stated along therailway line at heating area, the heating energy consumption is the main part of the buildingenergy consumption in these moderate small stations. Therefore, it is more important to studythe present situation of heating energy consumption and energy saving technology. In thispaper，through the investigation and study on the moderate small stations of NorthwestRailway Bureau, we can understand the present situation of the buildings in moderate smallstation and the problem about heating, from the results of calculation and analysis of heatingenergy consumption, it is important to analyze the energy saving potential and providereference for energy saving.Firstly, we take general questionnaire survey and field investigation to study thebuildings in moderate small railway stations.Learn to the building envelope in heating area inChina railway station is low by the general questionnaire survey, the thermal properties andthermal performance is poor. Most of its buildings using radiator heating and the heatingsystem corroded and blocked very badly. Through the field investigation data statistics, tocalculate the heating energy consumption and analyze the heating energy consumption ofresidential buildings and public buildings.On the basis of investigation, this paper combined with the characteristics of buildingevelope to research the energy saving technology for buildings.The technology including wallenergy saving technology, roof energy saving technology, outside doors and windows energysaving technology,the attached sunspace energy saving technology and heating energy savingtechnology.To research one of the typical buildings in a moderate station as an example, throughenergy consumption simulation software named Energy Plus to build the building model andcalculate the heating energy consumption of facades, roof and exterior windows after usingenergy saving technologies. Combined with energy saving rate and economic cost analysis, tomake reasonable suggestions for optimal energy saving technology solutions for eachbuilding envelope structure, and sensitivity analyzes each part of the energy savings to knowwhich factor impact on heating energy consumption greatly.After the economic analysis forwall energy saving, wall and roff energy saving,wall,roof and window energy saving attachedsunspace energy saving which can provide a theoretical basis for building energy saving.
